CLIENT ELIGIBILITY POLICY
(Parole Preparation Services)
Parole Preparation Services provides faith-based, non-legal parole preparation assistance to individuals who demonstrate genuine reform, moral accountability, and readiness for responsible reentry. Our work is guided by Islamic principles of submission to Allah, sincere repentance (tawbah), upright conduct, and service to the community, as exemplified by the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad ï·º.
1. PURPOSE OF ELIGIBILITY STANDARDS Our eligibility standards exist to ensure that our services are used for sincere reform, not for financial convenience, entitlement, or manipulation of the parole process. Islam teaches that repentance is validated through consistent action, responsibility, and benefit to others. Accordingly, we limit our services to individuals who demonstrate these qualities in practice.
2. REQUIRED INDICATORS OF REFORM To be eligible for services, an individual must demonstrate: A documented pattern of good conduct and rule compliance while incarcerated Evidence of personal accountability and acceptance of responsibility for past actions Meaningful participation in educational, vocational, faith-based, or rehabilitative programming Consistent efforts toward character development, discipline, and lawful living A sincere intention to live in a manner that benefits family, community, and society Reform must be observable and sustained, not recent, temporary, or conditional.
